First of all, I will ask the cabin crew to give them first aid and take good care of him. Secondly, I will advise ATC of our situation, if necessary, I will request divert to the nearest suitable airport and medical assistance.首先，我会让客舱乘务员对其进行急救并悉心照料；其次，我会将情况告知空中交通管制（ATC），如有必要，我会申请备降最近的合适机场并请求医疗援助 。

I will ask the air marshal to keep him away from other PAX. If he is being unruly, I will let the air marshal restrain him and monitor him.我会让空警将其与其他乘客隔离开。若他行为不端，我会让空警对其进行约束并监视 。

I will ask the cabin crew to communicate with them to stop the fight. If they don't listen and keep fighting, I will ask the air marshal to restrain them. After landing, I will request the airport police to take them away.我会让客舱乘务员沟通，让他们停止斗殴。若不听劝阻继续斗殴，我会让空警约束他们。着陆后，我会要求机场警方将他们带走 。

We will tell him that checking the baggage/turning off his mobile is for flight safety. If he keeps refusing to check his oversized baggage/turn off his mobile, I will force him to check the baggage/turn off his mobile phone. There are some situations I will declare medical emergency, for example, the crew member is incapacitated, the PAX is seriously ill or suffering from heart attack and so on.在一些情况下我会宣布医疗紧急情况，比如机组成员失去行为能力、乘客重病或突发心脏病等 。

For example, if the PAX is ill or gets injured, the cabin crew can give them first aid. If the PAX loses consciousness or suffers from a heart attack, the cabin crew can give them CPR.比如，若乘客生病或受伤，客舱乘务员可提供急救；若乘客失去意识或突发心脏病，客舱乘务员可实施心肺复苏（CPR） 。 Cabin crew can offer basic first aid, such as bleeding control, bandaging and CPR for cardiac arrest. They use on-board emergency medical kits under professional guidance. They monitor sick passengers, maintain cabin order and inform pilots. For serious emergencies, they assist in diverting and coordinating with ground medical services to ensure passengers receive timely treatment. 机组人员能提供基础急救，如止血、包扎，对心脏骤停乘客实施心肺复苏；在专业指导下使用机上应急医疗箱；监测患病乘客状况，维持客舱秩序并告知飞行员。遇到严重紧急情况时，协助改航并与地面医疗服务协调，确保乘客及时获得救治。

As captain, I will focus on aircraft control first. Instruct air marshals and cabin crew to separate the drunk passenger, calm him down, and prevent him from disturbing others or damaging equipment. If the situation escalates, report to ATC, request priority landing, and arrange for police assistance upon arrival to ensure cabin order and flight safety.作为机长，首先专注于航空器操纵；指示 空保 和乘务员分隔醉酒乘客，安抚其情绪，阻止其干扰他人或损坏设备；若事态升级，向空管报告，请求优先落地，落地后安排警方协助处置，确保客舱秩序和飞行安全。

If the passenger refuses to comply, record the incident and arrange for airport security to handle it upon arrival to uphold flight safety and discipline.飞机上严禁吸烟，我会指示乘务员立即制止该乘客，说明吸烟的安全风险（如客舱或洗手间起火隐患）；若乘客拒不配合，记录事件情况，落地后安排机场安保处置，维护飞行安全和纪律。
